Russia is working to resume the operation of Mir cards in Armenia and Kyrgyzstan, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Alexander Pankin said during the Saint Petersburg International Economic Forum.
Pankin said Armenia and Kyrgyzstan are under tremendous pressure from the West.
According to the Russian deputy foreign minister, Western countries are “trying to find various weak points in their interaction with the world”.
