Fourteen people were tortured, and 64 died on their way of
displacement from Artsakh to Armenia. Spokesperson for the RA Foreign Ministry
Ani Badalyan made an X post on this.

“Investigative committee of Armenia published data on
numbers of killed and wounded, among them civilians, including children, as
result of large-scale military attack by Azerbaijan against Nagorno-Karabakh on
September 19. 14 individuals were tortured and 64 died on the move from NK,”
Badalyan wrote.
