Sergey Smbatyan acquitted

Maestro Sergey Smbatyan has been acquitted, Smbatyan’s
lawyer Yervand Varosyan reports. 

“The RA Prosecutor General’s Office has decided to
discontinue the criminal prosecution against Sergey Smbatyan on the grounds
that he did not commit the indictable conduct,” Varosyan wrote.
