Lawyer: The National Security Service summons rather active people from Artsakh to the NSS and exhorts them not to attend rallies

The RA National Security Service (NSS) summons rather active people from Artsakh to the NSS and exhorts them—in some cases, demands—not to attend rallies in Armenia at all, Roman Yeritsyan, a lawyer from Artsakh, reports.

“Moreover, they do not clarify the purpose of the summons in advance; they ask people to present themselves without a lawyer and demand that people hand over their phones and keep the conversation confidential,” Yeritsyan noted.
