Civil Contract boycotts Parliament’s extraordinary session preventing quorum

The Civil Contract faction did not attend the extraordinary session of the National Assembly.

Thirty-four MPs registered; there is no quorum.

“Under the Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly, the registration will continue until the necessary number of MPs register, but not more than four hours,” National Assembly President Alen Simonyan said.
