A meeting with the Armenian ambassador to Israel at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of that country has not taken place so far, Spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Armenia Ani Badalyan told Armenpress.
“The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Armenia has published a statement on the recognition of the State of Palestine, where Armenia’s approaches are presented, including the “two-state solution”. We have no other public comment to add. So far, there has been no meeting with the Armenian ambassador at the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs,” Badalyan said.
Earlier, the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced that the Armenian ambassador to Israel had been summoned to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in connection with Armenia’s recognition of the State of Palestine.
