At least one person was killed, and six others injured in a fire that broke out in a lithium battery factory in South Korea, Yonhap news agency said.
According to reports, the fire broke out at a battery manufacturing plant in the city of Hwaseong, about 45 kilometers south of the country’s capital, Seoul.
The authorities have sent 50 units of equipment and 145 firefighters to put out the fire, but the attempts have not been successful yet.
