I was moved by their strength and courage. Canadian Foreign
Minister Mélanie Joly wrote this on her X page, referring to her meeting with
the women displaced from Artsakh.
“It was important for me to listen to and to learn from
ethnic Armenian women who fled from Artsakh. Canada stands by the ethnic
Armenians of Artsakh and will stand up for their right to safe return,”
Joly wrote.
