Parakar’s former and Merdzavan’s incumbent heads taken into custody: Past day recapped 

Armen Grigoryan, the secretary of the Security Council of Armenia, announced that Armenia has received a new batch of proposals regarding the peace treaty. Grigoryan noted that they will try to finish the work on the treaty when the 10th package is ready. The former head of Parakar and the incumbent head of Merdzavan have been taken into custody for two months. The Investigative Committee said they are accused of expropriating public property.
