On Sept. 19, 2023, one of the enemy’s first targets was the “Bovurkhan” broadcasting station. Having gone out of service, media outlets, in particular Artsakh Public Radio and TV Company, began to operate on social media platforms. Since then, however, they operate only through social networks. Which websites are active, and which are not? Is the operation of these websites necessary in Armenia?
