Our policy is to develop and promote our cooperation and interaction with neighboring countries, including Armenia. This fundamental policy does not change with the change of governments, Iranian Ambassador to Armenia Mehdi Sobhani told the press.
“All the presidential candidates have adopted a policy to develop their relations with neighboring states. We have been Armenia’s friend, we are, and we will be,” the ambassador said, adding that the government to be formed will further develop relations with Armenia.
