Many people from Artsakh have not received humanitarian aid
worth 100,000 drams. Some have problems entering the public register, some with
bank cards, etc. Today is the last day to apply to the RA Ministry of Labour
and Social Issues with regard to these issues. We have talked with the
displaced persons to find out what problems that have faced so far and how they
have addressed them.
