Moscow is engaged in dialogue with Baku and Yerevan to help
them in the conflict settlement. However, we have not been observing
substantial progress yet. Spokesperson for the Russian President Dmitry Peskov
said this.
“Clear understanding has not been reached. We maintain our
contacts,” Peskov said in response to the question if there has been any
progress with regard to Russia’s proposal to use Moscow as a platform for
preparing the peace treaty.
