Armenian Foreign Ministry: The parties noted the progress Armenia and Azerbaijan have achieved towards the conclusion of an agreement on peace and agreed to continue the work
On 10 July 2024, under the initiative and with participation of the U.S. Secretary of State Antony J. Blinken, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia Ararat Mirzoyan and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan Jeyhun Bayramov met in Washington, D.C. in the framework of their participation at the NATO 75th Anniversary Summit, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Armenia reports.
The parties noted the progress Armenia and Azerbaijan have achieved towards the conclusion of a historic agreement on peace and establishment of interstate relations, and agreed to continue the work.
The two parties have expressed their gratitude to the Secretary of State for hosting the meeting.
