Eighteen-year-old Marat Hakobyan from Artsakh will be
released. Advocate Arsen Babayan said this.
“I am going to take Marat home from prison. His mother has
been waiting for him for a long time. The RA Criminal Court of Appeal, presided
over by Narine Hovakimyan, has fully allowed my appeal, holding that Marat
Hakobyan’s arrest is unlawful and granting him release.
To remind, 18-year-old Marat Hakobyan was arrested, then
remanded in custody for 2 months in connection with the protests staged in
Yerevan for the cession of Artsakh.
