Armen Charchyan resigning seat

MP Armen Charchyan from the opposing NA Armenia Alliance is
resigning his seat. Charchyan said this in his interview to Hraparak.am. 

“I am resigning my seat so that I can return to my work and
serve people,” he said, adding that he does not intend to leave the Armenia
Alliance.
