Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas has arrived in Moscow, RIA Novosti reports.
He was received by Russian Deputy Foreign Minister and Special Representative of the President of Russia for the Middle East Mikhail Bogdanov near the plane.
Abbas is expected to have talks with Vladimir Putin on Tuesday.
As the Kremlin press service reports, the parties will exchange thoughts on the situation in the Middle East.
