Ankara is preparing to take fingerprints for entries into Turkey, newspaper Sabah writes, citing Turkish Minister of the Interior Ali Yerlikaya.
“Minister of the Interior Yerlikaya said that fingerprints will be taken upon entry into Turkey, as in the U.S. and the U.K.,” the newspaper writes.
The minister also noted that those having temporary protected status, especially Syrians, will be microchipped.
According to the official, it will be impossible to forge those certificates.
