State of emergency declared in Russia’s Belgorod region
Governor of Russia’s Belgorod region Vyacheslav Gladkov has declared a state of emergency, the BBC writes.
Gladkov says daily Ukrainian shelling is destroying homes and killing civilians.
To remind, Ukraine invaded the Kursk region on Aug. 6. According to Ukrainian sources, it now controls 74 towns and villages in the region
Putin has accused Ukraine of “committing crimes” against Russian people and said Kyiv would receive a “worthy response”.
