1000 rioters arrested in UK
Since July 29, 1,024 people have been arrested in the U.K. for taking part in protests across the country; charges have been brought against 575 of them.
The protests that followed the killing of three little girls in Southport began after a Muslim immigrant was wrongly accused of the attack.
The last time there were riots in the U.K. was in 2011, when the police shot dead a black man.
