Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko announced that Belarus has strengthened surveillance on the border with Ukraine after the destruction of Ukrainian drones.
“After the events with those drones, we have strengthened control over the Belarusian-Ukrainian border. Moreover, we have deployed part of our army there,” Lukashenko said at a meeting on military security issues on Friday.
He asked the military about the situation at the border, and whether all units have been stationed in the area where the troops are deployed in case of unforeseen circumstances.
