Artsakh InfoCenter has issued a statement on the rumors that
the Government of Artsakh had bought apartments and other properties before the
latest war.
“The rumors that before the Sept. 19 military operations,
the Government of the Republic of Artsakh had bought apartments or other
properties from different people or had granted loans is not true.
We urge people having such information to contact law enforcement
agencies and report on crime,” reads the statement.
As noted, President Samvel Shahramanyan will publicly refer
to a number of other issues in his speech in the near future.
