Charles Michel: I am appalled by the attack on the hospital; those responsible must be punished

I am appalled by the tragic attack on Al-Ahli hospital in
Gaza. President of the European Council Charles Michel said this with regard to
the strike that has killed about 500–1000 people. 

“It’s imperative that all the facts surrounding this
incident are thoroughly investigated, and those responsible are held
accountable,” Michel said, urging that access be provided to send humanitarian
aid to Gaza.
