•We wish to strengthen our relations with the EU without
detriment to our regional relations.
•When the 100,000 Armenians were fleeing from
Nagorno-Karabakh, our allies not only did not help us, but also were making
calls to overthrow the democratic government of Armenia.
•More than 100,000 Armenians left their homes in
Nagorno-Karabakh within a week on account of the Russian peacekeeping troops’
inaction.
•So far, three U.N. Security Council sessions have been held.
However, neither of them produced any tangible results and Nagorno-Karabakh was
depopulated as a result.
•We are ready to conclude a peace and relations’ normalization
treaty with Azerbaijan by the end of the year.
•We are ready to restore the operation of Meghri
railway.
