Statistics show emigration increasing in Armenia as population decreases

Emigration levels in Armenia are increasing, with the birth rate decreasing. Due to this, a significant decrease in the population of Armenia can be observed. According to the latest data of the Statistical Committee, 3,057,800 people live permanently in Armenia, including our compatriots forcibly displaced from Artsakh. In 2022, this number was 2,689,438. In 2050, there will not be 5 million people in Armenia, but rather the existence of those now living here is questioned, especially when the enemy Azerbaijan talks about the so-called resettlement and claims that 300,000 Azerbaijanis will resettle in Armenia.
