An earthquake, measuring 4.5 on the Richter scale, struck
the north of Turkey at 5:07 p.m. local time, Turkey’s Disaster and Emergency
Management Authority (AFAD) reports. 

The epicenter was in Bolu Province of Turkey. 

The earthquake occurred at a depth of 7.27 kilometers.
