This is footage of the collapse of the former building operated by the State Revenue Committee. It was located on Paruyr Sevak Street, surrounded by residential buildings. The building was demolished by KAM Developments with the permission of the municipality. The company asked the municipality for permission to demolish the building by blowing it up, but was refused. Although the municipality instructed the company to demolish the building floor by floor, the company decided not to heed the instruction.
