Netanyahu has been refusing to answer my calls since Oct. 7, U.N. Secretary-General António Guterres said in an interview with Reuters.
According to him, he has not spoken with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu since the Hamas attack in Israel on Oct. 7 last year, “because he didn’t pick up my phone calls and has long accused the U.N. of being anti-Israel”.
