The U.S. is going to increase drone production volumes, taking into account the experience of military operations in Ukraine, TASS reports, referring to U.S. Secretary of the Army Christine Wormuth.
“You will see a significant increase in investment in drones, air defense systems and electronic warfare capabilities,” a Pentagon spokesperson said at the Washington think tank Stimson Center.
According to her, the 2025 U.S. military budget will be increased in the aforementioned areas as a “direct result” of the events in Ukraine. Wormuth added that the U.S. military is drawing “a lot of lessons” from it.
