Authorities want to hold constitutional referendum in 2027

Coming to power, the present authorities were talking about constitutional amendments. First they said they would not make changes, then it became a necessity at the state level. Later, it turned out that the amendment to the Constitution was not a state necessity but a demand from the enemy.
