Every refugee wants to return to Artsakh, awaiting strong
guarantees for their security and rights there, Former State Minister of
Artsakh Artak Beglaryan made an X post on this.
“Will the international community continue to support the
Artsakh genocide with criminal inaction or will it ensure a safe and dignified
life for these indigenous people in their homeland?” he wrote.
