Today, Erich Vontobel, a pro-Armenian member of the Swiss Parliament, sent a written request signed by 15 other members of Parliament to the executive power of Switzerland regarding the return of Artsakh Armenians and the restoration of their rights. Next Monday, Sept. 23, the executive must answer the following questions:
– Does Switzerland recognize the right of Nagorno-Karabakh Armenians to return to their homeland and exercise their right to self-determination there?
– Does the Swiss delegation at COP29 intend to raise the issues of ethnic cleansing in Nagorno-Karabakh and the right of return of its population?
