President of Palestine Mahmoud Abbas will attend the BRICS summit to be held in Kazan, Palestinian Ambassador to Russia Abdel Hafiz Nofal told RIA Novosti.
“Putin sent an invitation to participate,” Nofal said.
Earlier, on Aug. 26, Abdel Hafiz Nofal said that Palestine might send a request to join BRICS after the October summit in Kazan.
