Azerbaijani serviceman died

On Sept. 22, Orkhan Aghaev, a serviceman of the Internal Troops of Azerbaijan, died in the hospital of Shirvan city.
According to Azerbaijani media, the 23-year-old lieutenant was injured as a result of violation of the rules of weapon usage during the performance of official duties. Despite the efforts of the doctors, the hospitalized serviceman died.
