Car accompanying Russian ambassador and delegation explodes on mine in Pakistan killing policeman

The car accompanying the Russian delegation exploded on a mine in Pakistan. Russian Ambassador Albert Khorev was part of the delegation, the Russian Embassy in Islamabad reports.

A police officer guarding a dozen foreign diplomats was killed in the explosion. A number of other police officers were injured.

The representatives of the diplomatic corps were not injured.
