Blogger Alexander Lapshin has been released, human rights activist Ruben Melikyan wrote on Facebook, posting a photo with the blogger.
Melikyan also noted that he would soon provide details in a live stream.
Earlier, we reported that Alexander Lapshin was arrested at Zvartnots Airport.
