Yesterday, dictator Aliyev made another allegation that
there are armed groups hidden in the forests of Artsakh. Former State Minister
of Artsakh Artak Beglaryan made an X post on this.
According to him, no one other than Azerbaijani terrorists
are there in the forests. The number of people that have not left Artsakh does
not exceed 40.
