During the U.N. Security Council session, António Guterres, the organization’s secretary-general, said that the conflict in Ukraine can be resolved peacefully.
“Peace in Ukraine is possible by following the U.N. Charter and international law,” Guterres noted.
According to him, it is necessary to contribute to the success of the organization’s Security Council, not its decline.
