Israel launches airstrikes in Yemen
Israeli warplanes have carried out a series of strikes on the port of the western city of Hodeidah in Yemen, RIA Novosti writes.
“Israeli warplanes carried out a series of attacks on the city of Hodeidah, some of which targeted the port,” the source said.
This is the second Israeli strike in two months on the Yemeni city of Hodeidah, the port of which is controlled by the Ansar Allah movement (Houthis). In July, Israeli jets bombed an oil depot and port cranes after a Houthi-launched drone flew into Tel Aviv, killing one person.
