Civil Contract and Hanrapetutyun parties sign memorandum to govern Yerevan together

The Civil Contract Party and the Hanrapetutyun (“Republic”)
Party have signed a memorandum, considering the results of the Yerevan Council
of Elders elections held on Sept. 17. 

“We will govern the city of Yerevan together, sharing
responsibility,” Tigran Avinyan said.

To remind, today, the newly elected Yerevan Council of
Elders elected Avinyan as mayor. Thirty-two members from the Civil Contract
Party and the Hanrapetutyun (“Republic”) Party voted for him.
