Moscow considers implementation of tripartite agreements basis for Armenia-Azerbaijan conflict settlement
Regarding the settlement of the conflict between Baku and Yerevan, Moscow assumes that it is based on the tripartite agreements concluded between Russia, Armenia and Azerbaijan, RIA Novosti writes, citing Aide to the President of Russia for Foreign Policy Yuri Ushakov.
The official noted that Russia plays an active and positive role in the regulation of relations between Yerevan and Baku.
