Serbia and Turkey developing military industry cooperation
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan said at a joint press conference with his Serbian counterpart Aleksandar Vučić in Belgrade that the scope of defense cooperation between the two countries will include drones, TASS reports.
Erdoğan noted that Ankara and Belgrade “have their opportunities in this matter.”
“Our ministers will carry out relevant work,” he said.
Erdoğan added that they intend to “take steps on cooperation in the defense sector, which many may not like.”
Vučić, in turn, noted that Serbia and Turkey will deepen cooperation in the field of defense industry and will form a working group for military industry cooperation.
