According to Azerbaijani media, the military and political leaders of Artsakh, who are illegally kept in custody in Baku, will not be released; they will continue to be in custody.
As noted, the detention terms of former Artsakh presidents Arayik Harutyunyan, Arkadi Ghukasyan, Bako Sahakyan, former Foreign Minister Davit Babayan, National Assembly President Davit Ishkhanyan, Gen. Davit Manukyan and others have been extended.
To remind, at the end of September 2023, Azerbaijani border guards illegally arrested eight military and political leaders of Artsakh.
