French Ambassador to Armenia Olivier Decottignies posted a photo on X, writing:
“In Syunik, a vulnerable province of Armenia of strategic importance, more than half of the projects implemented by the World Food Program are financed by France. In Armenia, France puts its resources where it has its beliefs,” Decottignies wrote.
