Israel has started implementing the so-called “Generals’ Plan”, which implies the relocation of the residents of the north of the Gaza Strip to the south, Hamas representative Osama Hamdan said.
According to him, Hamas called on the U.N. to help stop Israel’s aggression in the Gaza Strip.
