Georgia will not participate in the South Caucasus 3+3 platform meeting scheduled for Oct. 18 in Istanbul, the country’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs said.
Earlier, Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan announced that the third meeting of the foreign ministers of Turkey, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Russia and Iran will take place in Istanbul.
Georgia did not attend the previous meetings in this format either.
