Lavrov arrives in Istanbul

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has arrived in Istanbul to participate in the third meeting of the 3+3 regional consultation platform.

To remind, Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan announced that the third meeting of foreign ministers in the 3+3 format will take place in Istanbul on Oct. 18. The foreign ministers of Azerbaijan, Armenia, Iran and Russia will attend the meeting.
