For peace in the South Caucasus, Armenia should change its Constitution: Bayramov at 3+3 format meeting
For stable peace in the South Caucasus, Armenia should make amendments to its Constitution, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov said during the 3+3 format meeting.
According to Bayramov, Azerbaijan and the countries of the region have developed a concept to prevent common challenges in the fields of security, economy, trade, energy, transport, communication and environment.
“In order to ensure stable and unshakable peace in the region at such a critical time as the post-conflict period, it is important that the consequences of the previous conflict be eliminated through constitutional amendments,” Bayramov said.
