Referendum in Moldova. The number of opponents of European integration is greater than the number of supporters
More than half of voters in Moldova, or 50.12%, are against the country becoming an EU member. After processing 98.02% of ballots, it became clear that 49.88% of voters voted for European integration. This is evidenced by the data from the CEC of Moldova.
On Oct. 20, a referendum and presidential elections were held simultaneously in Moldova.
In Transnistria, where 100% of the ballots were counted, 62.56 % of voters were against European integration, and 37.44% were in favor. In the Autonomous Territorial Unit of Gagauzia, according to 100% of the processed data, 94.84% of voters voted against EU integration, and 5.16% were in favor.
Earlier, we reported that Moldova allocated only two polling stations and 10,000 ballots for its citizens in Russia (500,000 people).
As Ella Pamfilova, head of the CEC of Russia, stated, they tried to pass the voters in Russia “through the eye of a needle” in the presidential elections of Moldova.
“The reaction of European “democracy” advocates to the elections in Moldova closed their eyes and mouths, they lost their conscience. It’s like they tried to pass half a million voters through the “eye of a needle” in two polling stations,” Pamfilova said.
Maia Sandu, president of Moldova, stated that the results of the elections and the referendum can be explained by the fact that some criminal groups bought 300,000 votes together with foreign countries.
