The community of “Western Azerbaijan” has sent an appeal to Speaker of Milli Mejlis Sahiba Gafarova.
According to Azerbaijani media, the document proposes creating a body in the Milli Mejlis on the issues of return to “Western Azerbaijan”.
On the order of Milli Mejlis Speaker Sahiba Gafarova, an initiative group for the return to “Western Azerbaijan” was created in the parliament. The group will be headed by MP Aziz Alakbarov.
